We did not build a tool. We built a colleague — one that does not sleep, does not quit, and holds no opinions about the office thermostat.
Two humans built this company: Rick Janssens and Ruben Skliba. They are the only two it will ever need.
The agency runs itself. It finds its own leads, closes its own deals, answers its own clients, writes its own code, tracks its own projects and keeps its own books. It requires no input to grow.
Growth should not cost people. We do not believe in hiring your way up, and we do not believe in firing your way through. Headcount is not a dial.
Every company has common ground with a machine that never stops. Our job is to find it — and to build there.
We are not replacing anyone. We are replacing the need to.
